ENSENDA NAMES ROBIN NEBEL CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATONS

Seasoned Operations Executive Joins North America's Leading Last Mile Logistics Company

SAN FRANCISCO , Calif. — January 5, 2006 — Ensenda, the leading last mile logistics company servicing all of North America , announced today that Robin Nebel has joined the company as chief financial officer and vice president, operations. Nebel will oversee all aspects of finance for Ensenda, as well as operations including carrier management, customer support, product management, and human resources.

Previously, Nebel served as president of Ellie Mae, a leading software provider for the mortgage industry, where she oversaw the development of the first enterprise software solution for the industry. She also built a network of 80,000 settlement service providers and lenders connected through the company's technology platform, and led the company through several successful mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Ellie Mae, Nebel was chief financial officer of 800-Software, one of the largest software resellers in the world . She directed warehouse operations for 20,000 products, and helped grow the company into an international business with 300 employees and $300 million in sales which later merged with R.R. Donnelly.

Nebel was also founder and president of Micro Marketing International, a computer translation and marketing company, and the Monterey Collection, a catalog-based apparel retailer. She began her career at Arthur Andersen.

Nebel served on the advisory boards of Microsoft, Lotus Development, and Ingram Micro, and taught business at the University of California , Berkeley , San Francisco State University and Golden Gate University . She received her B.S. and M.B.A from the Haas School of Business at the University of California , Berkeley .
