ENSENDA HIRES VIANNA QUOCK OF DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT Seasoned Software Executive Brings Wealth of Applications Expertise to the Company SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — June 4, 2007— Ensenda, a leading last mile logistics company servicing all of North America, announced today that Vianna Quock has joined the company as Director of Product Management. Quock will direct product positioning and strategy for products in the market place . In addition, Quock will develop all product messaging to be communicated in North America for Ensenda's customers. Quock has over 16 years in the software industry with 8 years of Product Management experience managing the full life cycle of various enterprise applications, improving process, as well as working with outsourcing companies overseas. “Vianna's past experience and high energy level will make her an excellent addition to our leadership team,” said Ensenda Chief Executive Officer Ray Smith. Recently Quock was at LRN Corporation where she led the product management effort to design and develop the next generation applications in the Ethics and Compliance Management area. Prior to LRN, Quock was the Director of Product Management at Commerce One, Inc. and Elance Inc. Her primary responsibility was to manage a suite of enterprise applications including procurement, invoice and payment, catalog, and contract labor management. Prior to Commerce One, Vianna started in the field of software globalization at Oracle Corp. where she built a team to globalize Oracle's products and established the foundation for developing single-source, multi-language products for all of Oracle's development organizations. Subsequently, she was the Vice President of Globalization Services for a successful start up company, Uniscape Inc.
