Ensenda Agent is a small footprint software server that resides on the carrier side of the network behind their firewall. Ensenda Agent is responsible for communicating directly with the Ensenda Smart Delivery Network to provide the heartbeat of the end systems, as well as facilitating inbound and outbound messages. “The challenge in managing a delivery network is the ability to communicate real time delivery data among various systems between customers and carriers.
