ENSENDA NAMES RAY SMITH CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Veteran Logistics Industry Executive to Lead Top Last Mile Logistics Company SAN FRANCISCO , Calif. —August 22, 2005—Ensenda, the leading “last mile” logistics company servicing all of North America , announced that Ray Smith has joined the company as chief executive officer. Smith is a logistics industry veteran who has spent 16 years at the helm of major logistics companies, and has a track record of leading companies to the forefront of the industry in customer satisfaction and growth. Prior to Ensenda, Smith served as CEO of Fritz Companies, a publicly-traded global third party logistics company with $1.6 billion in revenue. Before joining Fritz, he was president and CEO of U.S. Fleet Leasing, a transportation services business with $2 billion in assets, which he led to 27% growth.
