Rob Howard, Chief Executive Officer
Rob Howard is the founder of Ensenda and brings a unique blend of technology expertise and logistics industry knowledge to his role as Chief Executive Officer. He founded Ensenda with the vision of applying technology to bring order to the ‘last mile’ of the supply chain – local delivery.  Under Rob’s direction, Ensenda has focused on building enduring partnerships with carriers and customers which have allowed Ensenda to become the leading provider of last mile delivery services in North America.  Prior to Ensenda, Rob held management positions in USWeb/CKS's strategy practice, where he handled business development efforts and guided top retailers in building new revenue channels. Previously, at Dispatch Management Services, Rob designed and implemented a highly successful mergers and acquisitions strategy in the same day delivery industry. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for Ensenda, for Greater San Francisco Habitat for Humanity and is a past Board member of the Messenger Courier Association of America. Rob holds a B.S. in Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Yale.

Paul Roberti, Chief Financial Officer
Paul has more than 20 years of financial and corporate development experience with high growth technology and network service companies.  Prior to joining Ensenda, Paul was SVP & CFO of Inertia Beverage Group, helping to drive the transformation of this eCommerce and fulfillment leader serving the wine industry.  He was also CFO at mBlox, the world’s largest mobile transaction network, where he played a key role in raising over $70 million in equity and debt to finance growth, launch new markets, and build scalable platforms and infrastructure.  Prior to mBlox, Paul served as Vice President of Finance/CFO of several Vodafone operating companies in Egypt, Portugal and the United Kingdom.  He is a California CPA and worked with Ernst & Young earlier in his career.  Paul received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco, and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Chris Miller, Vice President of Operations
Chris Miller is an experienced logistics professional with over 20 years of expertise in operations management and supply chain strategy. Prior to Ensenda he was recently Vice President of Bluefin Global Logistics where he led the growth of the division and oversaw all its operational, sales and strategic activities. Chris was also a Senior Director of Logistics at Kyocera Wireless where he managed supply chain operations including logistics, order management, planning and distribution. He began his career at Airborne Express where he led international express operations, and also managed various sales and operations organizations. Chris has a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.

Steve Janis, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Janis leverages his more than 25 years of solution selling and Sales Management experience to lead the Ensenda sales team. Steve's background in providing technology solutions for manufacturers, industrial distributors and retailers has given him a broad range of abilities and experience in finding ways to use technology to lower costs and improve operating efficiencies. Prior to Ensenda, Steve was Vice President of Business Development at Planalytics and Director of Sales at Sterling Commerce's E-Commerce Division. Before sales management, Steve held a variety of leading sales roles at top companies selling in many vertical markets, giving him the unique ability to listen, advise and build solutions for a broad range of customers. He has primarily specialized in selling enterprise software solutions that streamline operations and lower costs. Steve has a B.S. in Business Logistics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Shermann Min, Vice President of Technology
Shermann brings more than twenty years of software development experience to Ensenda and oversees the company's engineering, quality assurance, and information technology organizations. Prior to joining Ensenda he was Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at Instill Corporation, the leading provider of hosted software solutions for the foodservice industry. He led product design and development activities at Vital Insite, Inc., a medical device startup developing a noninvasive, continuous blood pressure monitor, and he founded the Advanced Sensor Development Lab at Sandia National Laboratories, where his research utilized lasers to generate and detect ultrasound. In the early 1990's he developed software and performed scientific experiments in support of two NASA space shuttle missions. Shermann has authored multiple patents in the areas of data processing, mobile communications, and manufacturing process control. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from Yale University.

Vianna Quock, Sr. Director of Product Management
Vianna Quock has over 16 years of applications experience in the software industry. As Director of Product Management for Ensenda, she is responsible for overall product positioning and strategy for Ensenda solutions in the marketplace. Before joining Ensenda, Vianna led the product management effort to design and develop various e-commerce applications at LRN Corp., Commerce One Inc. and Elance Inc. She started her career at Oracle Corp. in software globalization, and subsequently, served as the Vice President of Globalization Services for Uniscape Inc. Vianna has a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.

Michael Kennedy, Director of Program Design
Michael Kennedy is a veteran owner-operator in the last mile logistics industry. As Director of Program Design for Ensenda, he works with the carrier management team to create logistics service programs that deliver the highest standards of quality for Ensenda's customers. Before joining Ensenda, Mike worked as a consultant providing business development and software migration strategies to the courier industry. He also served as area vice president for Corporate Express Delivery Systems, where he optimized the company's distribution and logistics operations, taking it to profitability in less than a year. Previously, he was vice president of business development for Priority Transportation, Northern California's leading provider of same day courier service and critical parts storage and distribution. Mike received his B.S. from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Brandon Mah, Director of National Accounts
Brandon Mah has a background in Operations and Transportation Logistics with emphases in distribution processes, quality management and operations engineering.  As Director of National Accounts he is responsible for account management and business development for key Ensenda customers.  Brandon worked at Kozmo.com, Airborne Express and DHL Express where he held various roles in operations management, industrial engineering and program management. Brandon is a Six Sigma Black Belt,  holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
