Integration with Ensenda is simple. We work with customers to receive data electronically for all orders using a range of integration protocols including EDI, EDI-X12, AS2, XML, CSV and FTP. Ensenda will create and manage all project timelines, testing environments and any required documentation. We can also integrate with your call center CRM or ERP systems to empower business support groups

Ensenda is experienced at creating documentation, setting timelines and managing testing environments for customer integrations. Ensenda provides an experienced integration resource to guide our customer’s staff through an easy integration.
Ensenda can support EDI, XML and various other integration protocols. We also can provide an FTP location or use customer FTP sites. Standard support includes support of X12 carrier communications such as 204, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 219, 856 and 990
Call Center Integration
Ensenda can integrate into systems that are used to operate call centers so that customer call center representatives are empowered to track orders through Ensenda. In the past, Ensenda has integrated into SAP, TMS and WMS systems.
As part of the Ensenda integration, customers can receive an unlimited number of updates and transmissions for a shipment. Event information (order acknowledgment, arrived at dock) and scheduling details (delivery attempt, POD) can be provided in a batch process or on a more frequent basis.
